The tray dryer instrument or drying oven is largely used for ageing, drying, heating purpose. This tray dryer is made with heavy double wall construction of Mild Steel or Stainless Steel (SS-304, 202, 316 grade) and the inner unit is also made with Mild Steel or Stainless Steel & high temperature resistance paint as per your requirement.

Electrical heating Scope :

The Air inside the Tray Dryer is heated by "U" tube MS/S.S. air heaters each of 1 KW. The Heaters are fitted on the sides of the dryer to facilitate uniform heating. Maximum temperature Attained inside the dryer is 100' C and will be indicated and controlled by a Digital Temperature indicator cum controller over full range of heating load.

Trays Description :

  • Trays will be manufactured from 1.6 mm Alluminium /MS/SS sheets as per client's application.
  • The dimensions of Trays are 16" x 32" x 1.25".
  • Trays have rounded corners with' mirror finish from inside and outside. Quality is available on demand

Racks And Trolleys

  • Racks are provided for trays inside the Dryer.
  • They are of fixed type for 12 & 24 Trays Models.
  • For 48,96 and 192 Trays Models racks are provided with wheels to slide them in and out of the Dryer.
  • An additional S.S, trolley for Racks for outside movement can be provided on request

Using vast range of Applications:- Mainly classifier is working following principles of industries :

  • Pigment colors, Chemical and Technical products dyestuffs, Insecticides, Minerals and Ores, Fertilizer, Pesticides.
  • Particle size is finer and more uniform than that obtained from machine using screen.
  • No dusting from feeding hopper because feeding is done under negative pressure.
  • Less dusting on the output end side because the use of cyclone separator.
  • It uses air-classification which requires screen. Hence the problems associated with screen like choking, painting and frequent replacement of screen do not arise.
  • Easy to wash and clean.
  • It is manually fed as a normal practice. However, it can be supplied with automatic feeding also.
  • It runs at low speed compared to machines using screen, hence much less maintenance require.

Firstly, use one belt conveyor or bucket elevator to send the Fly Ash into the drum of Fly Ash Dryer.

  • Conveyed from the feed screw directly into the Fly Ash Rotary Dryer, raised by the drum wall panels repeatedly, and scattered by the crushing blow devices.
  • Materials and the negative high-temp media are combined sufficiently to complete heat and mass transfer process.
  • Result of the drum wind angle and induced air, feed materials move slowly, and discharged from the spiral after drying, exhaust gas handled by the cyclone, venting to the atmosphere.
  • The dryer adopts the riding wheel device, which make the riding wheel and the rolling ring linear touch all the time. Thus the abrasive and the power loss are greatly reduced. The granularity and the moisture and be controlled by the customer's demand. When drying the coal slurry, the product moisture can be less than 5% and the granularity and be less than 6mm.
